 Here's a useful set of Azerbaijani notes which cover the period from the early 1990's when Azerbaijan became independent from the USSR, to early 2006 when a new series of notes was introduced. The notes, all uncirculated, are the 250 Manat from the first series issued in 1992, the 50, 100 and 500 Manat of the 1993 series, and a later 1000 Manat dated 2001.
