A new series of Reichsbanknotes was issued in October 1924. The notes were of impressive design and are now popular with collectors, but the quantities issued were relatively small. We are pleased therefore to be able to offer a limited quantity of 50 and 100 Mark notes. They have been in circulation and are generally in F+ (good Fine) condition. Because of the raging inflation in Germany at this time, larger and larger note denominations were used, and this is reflected in these notes from Wetzlar. Die Ederkreisbank, Bad Wildungen - 1 Milliarde Mark dated 12.10.1923. VF/VF+ (very fine/ very fine +) condition. 5 Million Mark from the town of Pforzheim, dated 21.8.1923.
