 These four notes were issued by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran with designs that date from the late 1980's to early 1990's. The four values are 100, 200, 500 and 1000 Rials. Pick catalogue references 140, 136, 137 and 143. The notes are in uncirculated condition Reference: IRAN 001 Price: £6.50  Here is a modern set of bannknotes from Iran which features the four highest denominations currently in circulation there. The notes all feature a portrait of the Iman Khomeini, but in two differing styles. Catalogue references are P145, P146 and P148 for the 5000, 10,000 and 20,000 Rials.
