 Given the inaccessibilty and closed border policy of North Korea, it is perhaps surprising that any banknotes from this country are available to collectors. However, because they are printed in China, and because their collector value is greater than any exchange value, quantities do find their way into the European collector market. This selection of five modern notes comprises 5, 10, 50, 100 and 1000 Won, all in uncirculated condition, has a high catalogue value (over US$100) and makes a worthwhile addition to a world banknote collection.
