 The notes of Papua New Guinea impart a real flavour of the culture and heritage of these pacific islands. In this small set we are offering two notes of 2 Kina and one of 5 Kina. The 2 Kina notes are both made of polymer; the earlier note has an overprint commemorating the 9th. South Pacific Games which were held in Papua New Guinea in 1991, whilst the regular issue note is of a style which has been in use since 1996. The 5 Kina note is a paper issue and commemorates the Papua New Guinea Silver Jubilee in 2000. These notes are in UNC (uncirculated) condition. Reference: PAPUA 001 Price: £14.00 per set.
